The new genset has newly installed for power supply back up for 2,000 KVA. The total back up is now become 2 X 2,000 KVA. This new Mitsubishi Generator Set is to back up the electricity when there is shutdown from PLN. With these Genset, Wisma Nusantara will fully be backed up for all power supply including Lightings, Servers, AC and Elevators of buildings for tenant’s smooth business.

As a part of improving tenant’s conviniences, Wisma Nusantara has successfully replaced 2 transformer @2,500 KVA without significant disturbances to tenants. The old transformers were well maintained for more than 40 years operation. They are still in good condition but the replacement is due to their lifetime which may longer than similar transformer in other buildings. The new transformers are origin from Japan with brand FUJI and they are dry transformer which have less maintenance and more durable.

With due to the environmental concern, Wisma Nusantara has built a Water Recycle Plant in 2006 which process the used water ( sewage ) become clean water. The usage of recycled water is to fulfill the needs of cooling tower, closet flush and plantation watering. The recycled water product is keenly monitored by daily checking in laboratory and reported to authority for warranty safe for human and nature. In the mid of 2013, all filters have been totally replaced with the bigger and better quality filter imported from Singapore.
