With due to the environmental concern, Wisma Nusantara has built a Water Recycle Plant in 2006 which process the used water ( sewage ) become clean water. The usage of recycled water is to fulfill the needs of cooling tower, closet flush and plantation watering. The recycled water product is keenly monitored by daily checking in laboratory and reported to authority for warranty safe for human and nature. In the mid of 2013, all filters have been totally replaced with the bigger and better quality filter imported from Singapore.

One of the very important facilities in building is elevators. Wisma Nusantara has replaced all elevators with new Mitsubishi Elevators which are originally from Japan. The new elevator has completed installed in 2012. These new elevators has unique and cozy design and fully controlled by a sophisticated computer systems called MEL-EYE. With this control system, we can easily set the peak time that assign the elevator is standy in Ground Floor when the office hour starts and will be stand by on some floors to serve guest immediately on the lunch time or after office time.
